confidential marriage licenses to couples who need to eliminate the inconvenience of travel time to one of the four county
clerk's offices plus a three hour average wait in line to obtain a confidential

The Requirements To Be Issued A Confidential
Marriage License In
State Of California Are:
1. No blood test.
2. The couple
must appear in person before me.
3. Be at least 18 years of age.
4. Each
need only one of the appropriate forms of identification: A driver's license,
state issued I.D., passport, naturalization certificate, alien registration card
(green card), military service I.D. card or I.D. card issued U.S. government.
5. If one of the parties have been divorced in the last two years, they must
bring their divorce papers with them. It is that simple, to be issued a

For a marriage to be valid in the State of California all three
